Our Manual Keg Washers are fully portable and our compact design allows for easy maneuvering. Additionally; they support, clean and fill kegs 20L to 50L and are available in two or four station designs.

Semi-Auto Keg Filler

The DME Semi-Automated Keg Filler is a PLC controlled keg filling station designed with a sleek, compact footprint meaning less wasted floor space in your brewery. This system fills up to 4 kegs of any size at a time and uses dedicated flow meters on each line allowing you to ensure that each keg is filled with precision. To ensure beer waste is kept to an absolute minimum DME includes automatic pressure control to reduce excess foaming. When your kegs are filled the integrated CIP functions on the system make cleaning up simple.

The onboard PLC control system guides the operator through manual steps with easy to read prompts. Keg filling is initiated at the touch of a button and the controller automates the filling process for easy, repeatable and reliable results.
